Mick Greer

Mick arrived in Portugal in 1988 via Malta, England, N. Ireland, Singapore and Greece.

As well as having appeared in various productions with the Lisbon Players, Mick is a founder member of the Balloonatics, a Dublin-based theatre company specialising in staging Irish literature (particularly the works of James Joyce), which this year is celebrating its 30th anniversary. He has been at Lisbon University since 1992. When not involved in teaching or theatre, Mick helps his wife and 3 kids try and control their own ‘desert island’ zoo at home... with scant success.
